Dont have much time but wanted you to know

I have in my possession the newest Basic Grey in stock and on sale in my store now. Marrakech and Porcelain, also I wanted to share this little piecing that is part of a layout I will post later when this week.

Paper piecing patterns for ice cream cone

Well, I finally got my PC working long enough to scan in some pictures of my ice cream cone. Feel free to copy and print for your own personal patterns for paper piecing. Just use a small circle punch to add a cherry to the top, cover it with triple glaze or something similar to give it a shiny appearance. To give the cone (see picture from prior thread of my card) the waffle-like appearance I used Fiskar's textured plates, but there are other way to add textures. I also used a little Stickles by Ranger to add the glittery look to the icecream on my card. I couldnt get my cupcake to scan, sorry I will try to do that next time. Any questions let me know.

My Gingerbread Layout-Masterpiece Monday

Yesterday was Masterpiece Monday for BTDL on ebay. This is my contribution. Looking for some great paper piecings like this gingerbread man? (Link to your right) Oh, I have my patterns done for the ice cream cone and cupcake that I promised, and as soon as I scan them into my computer I will have them posted here, I am sorry I am so slow at doing this. If anyone is interested in learning how to make frosting for paper pieced cookies, please post here and let me know and I will also get the directions up for that.
